The world is waiting... ________________________________________________________ What the reviewers had to say about the PS3 version: While the original console versions of Lost Dimension received highly-coveted Gold Awards from a very well renowned Japanese gaming magazine company, this is what other reviewers had to say: “Lost Dimension is an incredible title, with a constant sense of escalation and drama.” 4.5 Stars out of 5 - Digitally Downloaded “Lost Dimension is a unique title that tries to bring some originality to RPGs, as well as a new form of replayability. The core concept is fantastic and makes the story thought provoking.” 8.5/10 - PSU.com "Gripping character work complements deep combat." 8.4/10 - NZGamer “It's a genuinely satisfying and memorable tactical RPG that I won't soon forget.” 8/10 - Destructoid _______________________________________________________ a09c17d780 Title: Lost DimensionGenre: RPG, StrategyDeveloper:FURYU CorporationPublisher:Ghostlight LTDRelease Date: 30 Oct, 2017 Lost Dimension Cracked Download I had low expectations going in to this game, but over 40 hours later all that I can say is that I strongly recommend this game. It's a turn based strategy RPG, similar to Massive Chalice, or for more of a better known game, XCOM - And it has a pretty good soundtrack! The story starts off with "We must kill the bad guy", but there are a few twists and turns along the way. As the game description already tells you, there's a traitor among you. It's not too difficult to suss out who the traitor is, but it's still good fun, as is the rest of the game play. For perfectionists and achievement hunters, the game requires you to complete it three times. The second and third clears will not take you half as long as the first. With each clear, more of the story is revealed and more bonuses are given to you at the start of the new game plus (or plus plus)The only downside is the optimisation of the game, playing on a fair high end rig the levels will start with a slight lag fest which clears up after you swing the camera around a bit. I've also suffered from a few crashes (Around 4\/5 in my 40 hours of play time), but the game does auto save (even though there's nothing to say it has or will do it), which has saved me a bit of time when booting the game back up.As I said earlier, I would strongly recommend this game :). Interesting concept. Music, sound effects, special effects and animation aren't great. The combat is far too easy, which is too bad because the system and UI are crisp. A lot of reply potential but squandered at the lack of any difficulty. You could say this game is essentially a visual novel with an easy mini-game tacked on.Verdict? Buy it if you want? I guess?. Oldie but a goldie. You start of as a team of 11 ascending a mysterious tower to defeat the enemy, only to discover on each level a traitor among your crew. Root out the traitor through a minigame because if you don't, there will be consequences. I bought the game because I find the premise interesting, and I was not disappointed. The strategic layer of the game is intriguing, the characters refreshing (although a little cliche), and the JRPG combat and character ability system fun and engaging. Especially chain assists in combat, they are very OP and truly satisfying to pull off in the game.. 10fps Technical disaster.. What started out as a fun DanganRonpa-esque game turned into a slog for me personally. The game involves you and a group of individual with "gifts" who are tasked with saving the world from this really mean dude who wants to blow everyone away. Catch is there are three traitors in the group and you have to deduce who they are through the main chatacters hearing "voices" that coincide with the traitor. Three voices in a group of 6 you send out means you have the traitor in your group! Fun concept, but in my opinion just wasn't fun to actually play the game, which makes me sad.Imagine grinding characters to get them to a certain level, but the gimmick of the game is that anyone can be "erased" in order to proceed to the next floor. I was able to maniuplate the group to vote for the traitor, but the experience just felt hollow. Amazing in replay value and story to have ANYONE up for grabs, but in practice just left me with sour grapes in my mouth.I really enjoy the game and want to recommend it, but I can't continue playing a game where I love the concept and truly dislike the turned based battle that you will find yourself in 90% of the time. Even on easier difficulities you will be forced to grind. You may also end up losing the best characters due to the erasure method of needing to proceed to the top floor.Camera work is horrible (with keyboard controls, no idea on an actual controller support). English VAs are okay, with some having noticable lower quality, I am looking at you "British" accent Fisticuffs wielder. If you want to grind for levels to get to the top floor with a rag tag group of 4 out of 11 of these characters, go for it. I just can't find myself continuting the experience when other RPGs are out and about, even if the core concept is so cool.. I would say that what I played of the game I do like but during battles for some reason there are dips in frame rate for no reason. I can't recommend this game sadly due to that.. I love this game. I bought it when it was on the PS3, and I became super excited that it came out on the PC. Graphics are nice, play is solid, and replay value is excelllent. My whole family is telling me that my computer time might be limited so they can play it as well.. Capped at 60fps, no stuttering or frame drops. High refresh monitors @ 4K supported.https://youtu.be/pqkquMu7sIUNot exactly sure what it's about, the sci-fi world with Zero Escape vibes had me intrigued. Visual novel (2d & 3d) chatter followed on to equipping multiple party members for turn based battles. Would suggest using a gamepad but all controls could be remapped to personal preference. Main reason why it's cheaper is the lack of voicework. Much like 'Idea Factory' games only the main lines were voiced and did seem a little lighter then usual. As a fan of the genre the launch week discount sold it for me. Enjoying the game thus far so I'll give it a thumbs up for the price. Cheers.. Lost Dimension is another PS Vita game that got unnoticed (also released for PS3 too), and ported onto Steam. Needless to say, I've heard about the game since last year thanks to it's catchy final boss theme, but because it was on the Vita, I could never get itplay . But since it's on Steam I finally have the chance to play it. Pros: - Interesting mysteries in the story, and a great reveal for them- The areas are really cool to look at, same with the models of allies and enemies- The portraits have hair physics and look sweet- The music is catchy and memorable (time of joy is overused though)- Opening gets bonus points for being in the game (and you can even put in your own song if you mess with the file, for better or for worse)- Levels can be tough, but there's never a need to grind thanks to side missions (and beserk)- Sanity meter adds a good limit to how you use gift abilities- The traitor mechanic, where any unit can be the traitor besides Sho, is really well done and easily the most unique part of the game- Each unit feels unique and useful - Very replayable thanks to the traitor mechanic and gift abilities transferring to other characters thanks to Fate Materia- Always satisfying to beat levelsNeutral: - Voice Acting is only in English, and a lot of them don't do a good job, they lack emotion- Characters are iffy, some are really interesting, others just didn't connect (George and Zenji come to mind)Cons:- This port is filled with tecnical problems (audio cutting out during battle, random crashes at the end of missions, AI don't move around their own allies letting you negate an attack, etc.)- The sections where you influence who gets voted off after each mission gets repetitive after awhile, especially when you know who the traitor is- The ending is kind of anti-climaticOverall, a 9 of out 10. I really enjoyed Lost Dimension, and for $20 (I got it 40% off, also in Canadian dollars) I got more than my money's worth. I'm currently on my third playthrough of the game, and I'm still not sick of it yet.. didn't know it was a visual novel.
